What's all this I hear about Giclee Prints?
Giclee printing is a very cool printing process that uses 7 dye-based inks and is printed on premium paper. It allows for vibrant color reproduction, boosted clarity and crisp detail. This thing is revolutionary! You will be pleased as punch with your Giclee Art Print.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship items using United State Postal Service.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Items are typically shipped within three days of receiving order - depending on availability - sometimes sooner. US Postal Service delivery time is typically 3-5 days in the Continental US.
Do you ship outside the Continental US?
If you need something shipped outside of CONUS please email us for special delivery charges and timing.
What is your return policy?
If an order arrives damaged (first of all we are so sorry about that) we will gladly process a Return or Exchange if you send us a photo of the damaged item and send us an email within 7 days of delivery.
If we request the item be returned to us, we will send you return delivery instructions and it must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for Return/Exchange Shipping Costs. If item is not returned in its original condition (except for items already damaged upon receipt), buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What if I ordered something by mistake?
How can that be? It is never a mistake to order from A Brown House. But seriously if you truly want to cancel your order send us an email within 4 hours of ordering.
